My mom has dementia. We had an emergency as her bridge had broken loose and danger of hurting her mouth or even swallowing it. She is a difficult patient as her dementia is stage 4. The doctor and nurses and even front desk girl were amazing with her! Saw me on a Friday evening in the middle of jazz fest, let her move at her own pace. Didn’t rush her and got her bridge out! Phenomenal I would give more stars if possible! THANK YOU for taking such sweet care of my momma. Especially when you could’ve turned me away!

The first dentist I ever been to that I was treated like a person from start to finish. The care and teaching Dr. Ambrose gave to me and his employees as a role model is the best I have ever experienced. Everyone who works there is so caring and really listens and has concern for you. We are very grateful for the urgency and patience we received during our visits. My husband needed 2 teeth extracted ASAP. We were able to walk in without an appointment and were given very flexible payment options. 3 hours later we went home with healthy teeth and no visibility of the extraction. We thank you so much!!

It was the day after a holiday and may I add a SNOW DAY in NOLA. Dr. Martin was an hour late but he waived my exam fee bc of his tardiness. I went on a Monday so there was a bit of a wait but I’m so glad I found this place. I was in extreme pain and needed an oral surgeon which I would have had to wait another month to see and Dr. Martin pulled my teeth out in about 10 minutes with no damage to my nerves. He explained the treatment plan to me and even showed me my X-rays when other dentists I’ve gone to have never done so. Overall I appreciate the hard work the Doctor put in and all the staff were so sweet and accommodating!

I am so grateful to have found this office! I was in so much pain when I came to this office Dr. Martin was awesome very direct when answering my questions and personable he took the time to explain which is also a plus, his assistants were very kind and helpful. They made sure I was comfortable during my visit as well. I drove over an hour to get here and I am very happy to have made this drive! I don’t think I would have received the services I have today from any of my local offices. I will definitely be returning without question. So if you’re in pain and in need of services, don’t hesitate! My visit was on a holiday and was still seen in and with appropriate mannerisms. BTW I left with a smile on my face! I had to have my wisdom teeth removed emergency oral surgery and if anyone knows me I have severe anxiety I'll wait and suffer before going well I found Dr. Ambrose and his AMAZING staff and they made me sooooo comfortable and I did not feel a thing not even the pressure from the nerve not the pulling nothing and not to mention the most gentle dentist I have ever met and didnt even feel the stitches being removed and not to mention he gave me gas to relax me and the gas never ever worked on me before but it did this time and held it for me so i could relax and took his time so I was calm and lastly he was super quick It took a whole 5 maybe 6 minutes and done HIGHLY RECOMMENDED will be back most definitely.

I came into New Orleans from Indiana to celebrate my son’s birthday today. I had the most excruciating pain in my tooth during the drive that would’ve ruined our whole trip. We got to our hotel and my fiancé called the emergency line. They called us back immediately and were so accommodating. We went in within an hour and a half, and Dr. Martin and Anise (I think that was her name!) were absolutely outstanding. The problem was worse than we’d thought, but they gave me options to take care of it and made sure I was informed of what actions I could take, and I’m pain-free and ready to finish this vacation. Thank you for saving my son’s birthday trip!

Dr Martin is very caring and pays attention to the needs of his patients. He can be a little demanding while he has your mouth open but he takes his work seriously and wants good results the first time. I'm glad I have chosen him for my dentist. I love him and his staff.
